I was one of those who took part in this experiment and was filmed too. The high success rate could be because the people who volunteered were more likely to believe in their own telepathic abilities or having had many psychic experiences themselves (so you could say it skewed the results). Thanks for bringing this old article up - it reminded me of the things I did to pass the time as a student.
